AN industrial mill was hit by a fire in Burnley.
The incident happened at Stanley Street Mill in Shackleton Street at around 4am and took place in an industrial sized wheelie bin inside the unit.
The fire service said the blaze was accidental and the sprinkler system activated to put out the fire and stop it spreading.
A spokesman for the fire service said: "The facility was secure and locked up.
"It seemed to have started because of some work which took place during the day at the site."
