There will be food, speeches, prayers and a minute's silence followed by live music from the Recovery Band.
It will take place between 11am and 2pm on Saturday June 17 at the Peace Garden outside Burnley Central Library.
On Wednesday June 21, Building Bridges in Burnley will host another event in her memory at the Singing Ringing Tree in Crown Point.
Guests are invited to meet at the Crown Point car park from 8.30pm for a 9pm start.
People are also invited to take part in a sponsored fast which will be broken together at 9.47pm.
