M65 lane closed due to flooding
A LANE of the M65 motorway has had to be closed due to flooding.
One of the westbound lanes between junctions 10 and 11 has had to shut because of the weather conditions.
Police are advising people to drive carefully to avoid further delays.
A spokesman said: "The lane is closed for flooding because of the water on the road, we can confirm it's definitely not in anticipation of Santa's expected break on his round the world trip."
