A BURNLEY man has been charged with indecent exposure and sexual assault.
Police detectives originally appealed for information after an incident at around 5.20am on Tuesday December 6, when a man flashed himself at a 47-year-old woman on Brennand Street.

She had earlier been approached by another woman warning her to be cautious as she had just seen a man exposing himself.
Royston Bruce, 47, of Ivy Street, Burnley has been charged with four counts of indecent exposure.
He has also been charged with a sexual assault.
