FIREFIGHTERS were called to a motorcycle fire on the bank of the Leeds and Liverpool canal.
A fire service spokesman said the bike, in vicinity of Lower Mead Drive in Burnley, had been deliberately set alight.
He said: "A hosereel was used to extinguish the fire at around 4.20pm, there were no casualties and the police were notified."
