DS Tim Brown said: “While the fire caused minimal damage, this could have been a great deal worse and potentially put lives at risk. I am appealing to anyone who may have seen anything of significance between the hours of 12.30am and 1.30am to contact us. I am keen to hear from anyone who may have seen anybody loitering around the area, acting suspiciously or running from or near the scene.”
