Pair accused of attempting to rob man and threatening to kill him
GAVIN James Sturgeon, 33, of Leyland Road, and Paul Joseph Warburton, 43, of Hunslet Street, from Burnley, are sent for Crown Court accused of attempting to rob Anthony Franklin of money and a cash card totalling £300.
The pair, also accused of making a threat to kill Mr Franklin, between July 16-August 17, were bailed to appear at the Crown Court on September 21.
