Blundell was given a 12-month driving ban
GEOFFREY Blundell, 43, of Spencer Street, Burnley, has been given 140 hours community service and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge by Pennine magistrates after he admitted taking a Ford Transit van, while having no driving licence or insurance, and crashing it.
He was given a 12-month driving ban.
