'Mini-moto' to be crushed after driver arrested for being a pest
A ‘MINI-MOTO’ will be crushed after its driver was arrested for being a pest.
PCSO David Cozens, of Burnley Queensgate police, said: “A mini-moto was confiscated from a male in the Queensgate area of Burnley on Wednesday.

“This male had been causing a nuisance riding on the road without documentation.
“He was issued with a section 59 warning and will be put before the courts.”
