Appeals launched in bid to reverse Colne turbine ruling
TWO separate appeals have been lodged by developers regarding rejected planning applications for wind turbines and related plant equipment in the Colne area.
An inspector will rule upon the fate of a 47-metre high proposed structure, capable of generating 225kw, for Cowfield Farm, in Burnley Road, Trawden, and a 34.5metre high turbine at Great Edge Farm, Foulridge, providing 50kw.
