59-year-old Padiham man charged with historical sexual allegations
A 59-year-old man has appeared before Burnley Crown Court, charged with a total of 20 historical sexual allegations against two girls.
Donald Plumb is accused of 13 counts of indecent assault on a girl and seven allegations of inciting a girl to commit an act of gross indecency.
The defendant, of Wytham Street, Padiham, will face a plea and case management hearing on January 23 and a trial, set to last five to seven days, has been scheduled for April 13.
