Drama at Blackburn dentists

FIREFIGHTERS were called to rescue an employee at a Blackburn dentists after she got locked in a room.

The crew was called to the Preston New Road premises after the 20-year-old became trapped in the changing area.

Crew manager David Widdop said: “Fellow staff members had been trying to get the woman out for an hour without success.

“They called us and we managed to release the door mechanism and release the lady from the room.

“She was absolutely fine.”
