Jake Berry in 'noisy cars' bid to help the blind

ROSSENDALE MP Jake Berry has thrown his weight behind a campaign for the safety of blind people.

Guide Dogs for the Blind, is calling for new electric cars to be fitted with noise generators.

Mr Berry said: “Some electric vehicles are so quiet that they may only be heard one second before impact. That is a scary statistic for any pedestrian, but especially for those who are blind or partially-sighted.”

Could have varibly selected sounds depending on your mood. E.g. If you we're feeling aggressive you could have aggressive music bleating out, warning others to stay out of your way.

He is so wonderful, how he finds the time to do this is amazing, especially bearing in mind how time consuming filling expense forms is.

Keep on with the good work for Rossendale Mr Berry!
