AN 18-year-old from Darwen has admitted trying to deceive police with an out-of-date insurance certificate, driving without insurance or the appropriate licence, obstructing a police officer and failing to answer bail.
Azam Nawaz Khan, of Clarence Street, was fined £290 by Blackburn magistrates and ordered to pay £35 costs. Magistrates also banned him from driving for six months.
