THOUSANDS of people turned out in the sunshine for the Hodder Valley Show this weekend.
The traditional agricultural and horticultural show was celebrating its 68th year and took place in Blue Butts Farm, Newton Road, Slaidburn, on Saturday.
Show presidents Geoffrey and Margaret Harrison said there was a packed tent of rural crafts, cookery demonstrations, sheep shearing demonstration and competition.
There was also the fell race, food hall and trade stands while the Slaidburn Silver Band entertained visitors.
