M&S joins Blackburn charity brew-up

MARKS and Spencer in Blackburn will join forces with Macmillan Cancer Support for the annual World’s Biggest Coffee Morning on September 28.
Now in its 22nd year, the event encourages people to get together with friends, family and colleagues to enjoy a slice of cake and a coffee to help raise more than £10.8million to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
Blackburn M&S cafe manager Tom Wilkinson said: “It is amazing to think how much of a difference something as simple as a cup of coffee or a piece of cake can make to the lives of millions, and we are delighted to be working with Macmillan.
“We hope all our customers come into our M&S Cafes and help support this great cause.”
