A PEDESTRIAN is fighting for life after being involved in a collision in Great Harwood.
The 30-year-old woman was walking across Whitehead Supermarket car park, in Park Street, when she was involved in a low speed collision with a car on Friday evening.
The woman suffered a broken ankle and a suspected fractured skull shortly after 8.15pm.
Paramedics were called to the scene and took the woman, who is thought to live in the town, to the Royal Blackburn Hospital.
She was later transferred to the Royal Preston Hospital where her condition was this afternoon described as ‘serious’.

Hope this lady recovers very soon. No mention on the driver? was he/she injured? If you write a story make sure that (You, the reporter gets all the facts before you write on this story) You Idiot.
