A DRIVER was caught overtaking a police car at more than100mph in poor weather conditions.
Police shared images of dashcam footage which showed the driver doing 103mph just before 6pm on Monday.
They said: "Very poor visibility on M65 right now.
"Obviously bad enough for this driver not to see the police vehicle and pass at 103mph."
