A MAN has been found not guilty of a number of sexual offences after a five-day crown court trial.
Thomas Anthony Murgatroyd, 22, of Gladstone Street, Bacup, was cleared of four charges of sexual activity with a girl under the age of 13, when he himself was 12-years-old.
A jury at Preston Crown Court returned not guilty verdicts on each of the charges.
