Dawen man smashed car window and stole loose change after party
A 36-YEAR-OLD man smashed a car window and stole a small amount of loose change as he returned home from a party.
Blackburn magistrates heard Kieran Chatburn, of Lisbon Drive, Darwen, was on licence at the time, but was given a final warning. He pleaded guilty to theft, was given a 12-month community order and told to pay £250 in fines.
