A 31-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with indecently exposing himself to a woman driver in Accrington, with children in her car.
Jan Peter Clough is alleged to have made threats to burn down a Rishton pub and a shop later the same day.

Clough, of no fixed address, was sent in custody to Burnley Crown Court charged with indecent exposure, making a threat to Diane Jackson that he would burn down the Roebuck Inn; and using threatening behaviour towards her.
He is also charged with threatening Abdul Khaliq he would burn down Rishton Mini Market, and racially aggravated threatening behaviour.
He will appear at Crown Court on October 1.
