SIMON John Lever, 43, of Byron Crescent, Coppull, was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay £85 costs, £15 victim surcharge and £150 criminal court charge by Blackburn magistrates after pleading guilty to being drunk and disorderly in the A&E at Royal Blackburn Hospital.
