AN ACCRINGTON market trader from Burnley is getting ready to open up shop in Blackburn.
Muhammad Hussain opened Smart Chocolate in December 2013, selling past its sell-by date chocs in a bid to reduce food waste.

He said: “It helps many families with low incomes and those who are looking for genuine bargain.
“The amount of interest and support generated was so overwhelming. There are still so many amazing people in Blackburn that have shown so much care and support for me.
“The success of Smart Chocolate is not down to its knocked down prices but its customers.
“It is like a community shop and I will so privileged to serve the good people of Blackburn.”
The shop will be based at the former Amethyst Hair Design, opposite Morrisons in the centre.
The salon moved to Richmond Chambers in Richmond Terrace, also Blackburn.
