BRITAIN’S Got Talent hopeful Ella Shaw has admitted she has taken a ‘big risk’ in her quest for musical success.
The 18-year-old, who has also appeared on The X Factor, will take to the stage during tomorrow night’s live semi-final of the ITV1 competition hoping to impress the millions watching at home.

Ella wowed the judges in the audition stage of the show with a stunning rendition of her own song, Summertime.
And now she’s now planning to spring a surprise – but is tight-lipped on what she’s about to sing.
She said: “I can’t say what song it is, but it’s completely different.
“I am taking a big risk but I wanted to show people there’s more to me.”
The Langho resident survived as judges Simon Cowell, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden whittled down the hopefuls to 45 semi-finalists.
Pianist Ella is calling on the Lancashire Telegraph’s readers to help put the area ‘on the map.
The former Holy Souls RC Primary School pupil said: “I love where I live so for people who live there to support me would be amazing. It would be great.”
Ella, who also attended St Augustine’s, Billington, has plenty of support online, where she confessed to being a big Disney fan on her Twitter account @ella_shaw and also revealed how she was left in a car park dressed only in her dressing gown after a fire alarm at the BGT hotel last Thursday.
Last week, the talented teenager returned to Holy Souls in Wilworth Crescent, Blackburn, to offer advice to pupils.
In the semi-finals, she will be joined by a bizarre list of showmen, dancers and a ‘talking dog’.
Wendy with her false-mouth trick with owner Marc Metral, and Siberian light performers UDI will also perform this week.
Burlesque dance troupe The Ruby Red Performers, whose ages range from 25 to 64, will also be among those competing for the public vote to secure a place in the live grand final.
The youngest semi-finalist is nine-year-old martial artist Jesse Jane McParland from Northern Ireland, while the eldest this year is 73-year-old entertainer Jeffrey Drayton.
