Lancashire woman to hold 'effortless meditation' classes in Langho
10:26am Wednesday 18th September 2013 in News
A LANCASHIRE woman is spreading the benefits of ‘effortless meditation’ to people in Blackburn.
Jo Royle, who also works part-time as a trainer and facilitator at Blackburn with Darwen Volunteer Centre, also ran a course at East Lancashire Hospice in May.
The second one-day course will be in the Sanctuary of Healing in Langho.
Jo said: “It gives people everything they need to start a 20-minute daily meditation practice. There are no further courses required, no CDs, no books, no special equipment.”
The Experience of Effortless Meditation will run on Saturday, September 28.
