Sufferers of eating disorders in East Lancashire urged to seek help
11:59am Tuesday 3rd September 2013 in News
PEOPLE who may be suffering from an eating disorder have been urged to seek help from staff at Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Sarah Heys, team manager for East and Central Lancashire Eating Disorder Services, said: “The number of people with eating disorders in the UK is on the rise so it’s really important that people know that support is available and where they can go to get it.
“The sooner people get help the better chance they have of making a full recovery so if you have a worry, no matter how small, it’s always better to look into it or ask for help.”
