A WOMAN jumped out of a first floor window to escape being assaulted by three people.
The 26-year-old was being attacked in her home in Moorgate Street, Mill Hill, Blackburn, when she jumped.
She was taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital after the incident at 11am on Saturday, suffering a fractured hip and wrist, believed to have been sustained in the fall.
She was still in hospital yesterday morning.
Police have arrested a man and two women in connection with the assault, all of whom have been released on bail.
