A MAN accused of sexually attacking a woman outside a Burnley pub has denied the allegations against him.
Ricky Stuart, 30, pleaded not guilty to attempted rape, sexual assault, assault by penetration and theft at the town's crown court.
Stuart, of no fixed address, will face a four- day trial starting on April 2.
He was remanded in custody until the hearing by Judge Andrew Woolman.
The defendant is said to have committed the alleged offences outside the Inn on the Wharfe on Manchester Road last November 1.
