Web question time to help Ribble Valley

First published in News

RIBBLE Valley residents are invited to take part in an online survey to help the council redesign its website.

Stuart Haworth, Ribble Valley Council’s ICT manager, said it was necessary to get views and opinions from people who use the site to find out how they can improve it.

He said: “We aim for the website to be as user-friendly and informative as possible and views expressed in the survey will be taken into account during the redesign.”

The survey includes questions on use of the site and ease of searches plus a number of simple tasks.

It will take about 15 minutes and is available at www.ribblevalley.gov.uk

Money for a new website might of been better spent repairing the roads properly instead of the bodgit and scarper attempts that are leaving them in an extremely dangerous condition...
