RIBBLE Valley restaurateurs Nigel Haworth and Craig Bancroft are two of the 100 most powerful people in hospitality, alongside Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver and Heston Blumenthal.
According to the Caterer and Hotelkeeper annual list the business partners, whose ventures include Northcote and Langho and the Ribble Valley Inns of gastro pubs, come in at number 59.
They have improved on their ranking of 70 in last year’s list, which is described as ‘the definitive guide to top players in the UK hospitality industry whose actions have had the greatest impact in 2012.’
Meanwhile, Nigel Haworth is ranked at 16 in the country’s top chef’s, up from 21 last year. The full list can be found online at caterersearch.com
