Witnesses sought after sex attack in Blackburn

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to come forward following claims that a 27-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in a car in Blackburn.

The incident is alleged to have taken place around 8.30pm on Thursday, December 27, when the woman was walking along Darwen Street in the town centre.

She has told police she got into a dark-coloured car with four doors, believing it to be a taxi.

Inside the vehicle were two Asian men who drove the woman around Blackburn before leaving her near to her home address in Rockliffe Street sometime later.

She said that she was sexually assaulted while in the vehicle and police are keen to trace the vehicle and its occupants.

Anyone who thinks they saw this woman walking along Darwen Street or who has any information that could assist police with their investigation should call 101

Just when will women learn to look after themselves instead of putting themselves into known high risk situations? Wise up. Like many others, including young mothers pushing prams, she was probably too engrossed in messing about with a mobile phone instead of taking care in her environment.
I should imagine there were plenty of CCTV cameras around to assist the police if they are hopefully able to invest the necessary time.

They drove around Blackburn while assaulting a woman.

Britain as become a third world country unable or indeed unwilling to protect British citizens from criminals and sex offenders who have flooded the shores of Britain over the past 40yrs. . Our forefathers must be asking WHY did they fight for what its become..? A sh1thole full of foreigners sponging off the state and sexually assaulting innocent members of the public. We need to recoil and start by shutting the open borders EU crap then throw out all the scumbags that shouldn't be here. A proper round up street by street if thats what it takes and no messing straight back to place of origin. We need to get back control of our own affairs and distance ourselves from the EU and all the cr@p that comes with it.

Exactly, and probably the same reasons some people drink themselves into a stupor to do things like this, as I just posted-

Some misguided people seem to think that banning alcohol is the answer to our increasing social breakdown. Some of those from a group of people who are the main ones to capitalise on the supply of banned illegal drugs.

Info-warrier has hit the nail on the head. The Country is now so full of people from all points of the globe, each bringing their own cultures.
I don't have a problem with those who are law abiding and working whilst providing for their families. But I do have a problem with those who do not nor have any intention of paying into the system.
Britain, has enough home grown offenders who need sorting out without importing more.
Having said that,it would appear that this lady was in the company of these men for some time. There must be a fuller description available.
