SIXTY-four teams of people in fancy dress took part in this year’s Longridge Pram Race.
The hoards of people set off from the Old Oak pub in the town in three waves.
Each team was given a list of pubs and a free pint of their choice in each.
The winners, who received £50 for Motor Neurone Disease Society – their chosen fund, were the Longridge Young Farmers who completed the circuit in 28 minutes.
A £50 prize was also handed to the Camelot Crusaders for the best fancy dress.
Committee member Chris Connor said: “The atmosphere is electric. People looked fantastic in their costumes and were all raring to go.”
Money raised from entrance fees and collections en route will be spolit between Londridge First Responders and the Longridge Field Day Committee for next year’s events.
