THE funeral of one of Burnley Football Club’s best-known supporters will be held on Friday, November 30.

Janice Fretwell, 55, of Ightenhill, lost her battle with ovarian cancer on Thursday, November 22 A church service will be held at Habergam All Saints Church, in Padiham Road, Burnley, at 10am. This will be followed by a commital, at Burnley crematorium, at 11.20am.

Mrs Fretwell, who was treasurer of the official supporters club, had requested that people only wear bright colours, preferably a football shirt.
