Darwen Alcoholics Anonymous opens its doors to the public

PEOPLE can get an insight into the workings of Alcoholics Anonymous at a public meeting in Darwen.

The meeting is on Monday, November 19, from 8pm at Central United Reformed Church, Duckworth Street.

The group hopes to have two people sharing their life stories to give an idea as to how people have suffered and recovered from alcoholism.

There will also be literature available and members of the group will be on hand to answer questions.

Anyone who wishes to attend is asked to contact Daniel via email at eastlancsaa@gmail.com or call 01254 882359.

Places are limited and available on a first come first served basis.
