Two bailed over M65 stolen lorry crash

TWO men arrested after a lorry overturned on the M65 on Friday have been released on bail.
Police pursued the HGV through Padiham at 11.15am, but called off the chase when the lorry reached the motorway slip road at junction eight.
Travelling eastbound, the driver lost control, and the vehicle tipped over, blocking the carriageway.
A 23-year-old Accrington man was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, driving a motor vehicle dangerously and failing to stop.
A 60-year-old Darwen man was later arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods.
