A TEENAGER is appearing in court after a girl had her mobile phone snatched.
The 15-year-old girl was at a bus stop on Accrington Road in Blackburn when she was assaulted and had her mobile phone stolen at 10.50pm on Wednesday.
A 14-year-old boy, who was arrested on Thursday morning, has been charged with robbery. He was appearing in Blackburn magistrates court this morning.
