A DEVELOPMENT which will complete the £15million Walker Industrial Park in Blackburn has been given the go-ahead.
Planning permission for a 120,000 sq ft distribution unit at the site near junction five of the M65, near Guide, has now been granted by Blackburn with Darwen Council.
Now developer PPG Land, a West Yorkshire-based company, will begin work on two units at the site.
Director of PPG Land Simon Dixon said: "The units have been developed with the local market in mind because of an underlying demand for brand new space from industries in East Lancashire."
He said that he expected an announcement about which company will occupy the suite to be made soon.
