TWO men have been arrested in connection with the theft of a number of street and business signs from the Beardwood and Lammack areas of Blackburn.
The suspects were arrested on Monday, two weeks after a police appeal for information.
The 20-year-old and 17-year-old have both been released on police bail until December 17.
