POLICE are to ask for more time to quiz three people after an attack in Blackburn.
Two women and a man have been arrested on suspicion of assault after a man was left with serious head injuries following the incident on Curzon Place at about 4.50pm on Saturday.
Officers will today ask magistrates for a warrant of further detention to interview the three.
