Ice cream seller charged with attacking rival in Blackburn

AN ICE cream seller has been charged with attacking a rival after an incident was caught on camera.

Zeheer Ramzan, 34, of Kingston Close, Halifax, will appear before Blackburn Magistrates Court charged with assault, criminal damage and possession of an offensive weapon on July 18.

The charges relate to allegations that he assaulted a fellow ice cream man and damaged his van in Palatine Road, Blackburn, on June 2 at 6pm.

A video, apparently showing a confrontation between father-of-four Ramzan, known as Mr Yummy, and a rival was posted on YouTube by one resident.
