A BLACKBURN man has appeared in court charged in connection with possessing over £2,700 of heroin and cocaine.
Mohammed Awan, 18, Whitehead Street, Blackburn was charged with possession with intent to supply heroin, possession with intent to supply cocaine, using a mobile phone when driving and driving without insurance.
Police said he was arrested on July 1 on Limbrick, Blackburn after officers seized 98 wraps of heroin and 89 wraps of cocaine.
He appeared before Blackburn Magistrates this morning.
A 19-year-old man, who was arrested at the same time, was given a caution for possession of cannabis.
