A PERFORMER whose corner shop rap went viral has now filmed his first official music video.
Andrew Kenyon, known as Drew, has launched his own YouTube series, Fire In The Corner Shop, with a video set in the shop.
The 22-year-old, from Little Harwood, saw his original video, filmed in Gills Convenience Store, Pelham Street, amass more than 170,000 views on Facebook.
He was later 'snapped up' by Step On Management.
The father-of-one said he wrote his first rap when he was 14, and used his lyrics as a coping mechanism.
Newsagent Subash ‘Tony’ Sirpal, who filmed and posted the original video on Facebook, said he was proud of Andrew and wants to help him reach the top.
