The Diocese of Blackburn headquarters
The Diocese of Blackburn has lodged plans for a new archive storage building at their headquarters.
The proposed new archive building at Clayton House, Walker Office Park, Clayton House, Walker Road, Blackburn would provide 35sq.m gross internal floor area, fitted out with racking and shelving to provide secure archive storage for documents and goods.
According to a planning application submitted to Blackburn with Darwen Council, the proposed archive storage building will have minimal impact on the character of the surrounding building and is to be utilised in conjunction with Clayton House.
