A WARNING has been issued by police about rogue traders in a borough.
Police officers have received reports of rogue traders working in the areas of Blackburn, including Ewood, Mill Hill and Cherry Tree.
They have asked people to look out for neighbours who could potentially be victims of this type of crime.
A police spokesman said: "Please don't be too scared to say no to them."
If anyone knows or has seen anything contact the police on 101.
