DRIVERS should expect some disruption on the M65 after an exit slip road is closed for electricity work.

The motorway eastbound exit sliproad is shut at A6068 and A56 in Accrington and it will be until March 25.

Water main work and temporary traffic lights are causing delays on the B6232 Grane Road in Haslingden and there is queueing traffic.

There may be delays in journey times on the A666 Bolton Road in Darwen  after the long-term roadworks due to temporary traffic lights at Queen's Road/Watery Lane until May 21st.

Meanwhile there are temporary traffic lights and roadworks and one lane closed on the A679 Active Way in Burnley at Bank Top until April 1.

Motorists can expect delays on A679 on Burnley Road in Accrington which is normal for this time of day but the travel time is four minutes

There are some warnings about the roadworks if you are travelling on the B6240 Queen's Lancashire Way in Burnley.

Traffic is moving well on A6068 Padiham, A682 Manchester Road Burnley, Accrington Road Burnley, A671 Todmorden Road Burnley, Westway Burnley, Westgate Burnley and A671 Todmorden Road.
