AN appeal has been launched by police after a security guard was racially abused.
The incident happened at around 3:35pm at Tesco Express in Bank Top, Blackburn on Sunday, December 3.
Police said after being caught shoplifting the offender shouted racial abuse at the shop’s security guard, before running out of the shop.
Officers would now like to identify the pictured man as part of their enquiries.
