Spilled paint on Church Street
GALLONS of white paint have been spilled in a town centre.
The white paint was spilled in the middle of Church Street in Blackburn at around 1pm.
The paint covered the road, causing upset with motorists as parked vehicles and those pulling into the street had their tyres coated in the paint.
