Police are reassuring residents after a knife incident in Brierfield
A MAN has been arrested after a knife scare in Brierfield.
Police said a man with the knife was involved in an argument with another man on Halifax Road at about 4pm.
The man with the knife was wearing a red jumper and maroon gilet. Nobody was hurt.
A police spokesman said: "We would like to reassure everyone.
"Officers are conducting inquiries in the area and are speaking with witnesses."
