RESIDENTS of Burnley have been given the opportunity to tell the council exactly what they think of it.
The local authority has launched its annual residents’ survey to decide priorities and shape services.
The survey, open to anyone living in the borough, covers issues including satisfaction levels, questions about Thompson Park and customer service and anti-social behaviour.
Residents can go to www.burnley.gov.uk/satisfaction17 including naming the three best and worst things about Burnley until December 3.
Cllr Lian Pate, borough community services boss, said: “We want to hear directly from residents across the borough about the issues that matter the most to them.
“People’s responses will be used to help us monitor progress and identify further improvements.”
