THREE people were taken to hospital after a car crash in Blackburn.
The incident happened at around 10pm last night in Barbara Castle Way and police said it involved a blue Peugeot 107 and a white BMW 320d.
Firefighters were also called and had to help release one person from their vehicle.
Police said all three people involved suffered minor injuries.
A spokesman said: "The passenger in the BMW double suffered abdominal injuries but they are not thought to be serious.
"Two people also suffered minor cuts."
Ambulance crews took all three people to the Royal Blackburn Hospital for checks.
